Ugreen 65W PD GaN Wall Charger - 2 Ports

PD 66W IS NOT a GAN Charger, the 65W is the GAN Charger. I happen to got a PD66W at 8$, crazy deal for the performance

This is a great charger with two ports so that you can charge two devices at the same time. Most of my charging boxes are 20 to 30 watts. I can also charge my Mac air in about 2 hours which it literally about 1/2 the time. Overall a very good charging box

I have tested this for the past couple weeks by using this in my kitchen to drive my monitor + laptop that I have setup on my kitchen counter "table" where I manage my kids work while my wife is out of town. I need a true 65W power to keep the laptop running along with the external monitor regardless of the situation so it doesn't start losing battery power. Overall I have tested many different UGREEN power supplies and I have various ones that I actually use every day around my house; some for years already. I haven't ever had one fail so I expect this one will be the same.

This block charges my phone so fast! It doesn’t get hot and is great quality. It’s nice because it has too plug in areas so multiple people and use it at one time! Also the look of it is very clean, almost a brushed style.

I have a lot of dual chargers over the years, and now it's time to get a dual USB C, this one checks a lot of boxes for me; smaller size than the single stock ones that came with my MBP, super fast charge my s22 ultra, fast charge my iphone 14pm, I can just bring this one charger for both me and my wife on trips, and most importantly it is affordable, unlike other name brands that cost twice as much.

This charger recharges our ipads and phones very quickly. I love that there are multiple ports, as we have multiple phones, and ipads in the house and it makes charging our and my son's ipad quick and easy. The speed at which it recharges items is very convenient as we use them every day, and it makes this charger highly convenient. It's also well made and fits into the look and feel of all of our electronics without being too bulky.

I liked the specs on the UGREEN charger and selected the 66 watt version instead of the higher wattage devices from this company. The 66 watt version is more than needed, but I have power to spare for charging my Galaxy tablet and phone along with iPad, iPhone, and other devices around the home. The device is solid, and you can feel the weight, no cheap charging brick this one! The folding 110v prongs make this a compact device to fit in my zip-close cable carriers. Bottom Line: A very well designed and executed charging brick.

The charger is small and compact. It is about the same size of Anker's 60w charger. It is well made and the build quality is good through visual inspection. The retractable plug works great. It is great for travel and yes, it can power a laptop. My laptop shows warning of the charger is under-powered but nevertheless, it keeps the laptop fully charged and stay charged. Thumbs up!

Charges my Steam Deck and my phone at the same time. Now I only need to carry one charger. Get a few UGREEN USB-C PD cables to complete the set!

Charges my phone and tablet with fast charging with no issues. The plugs retract back into the brick with a satisfying click. Tested out the claims that it resists fingerprints, it does. Both the smooth and "frosted" sections don't retain any marks from my fingers. Honestly looks and feels great like a lot of the other UGREEN products I own.

I bought the UGREEN charger to replace an older 20w USB charger I had been using for travel. I was amazed at how fast this charged my phone, an S21, taking about 23 minutes to get from 30% to 100% charge. This was a faster charger than the Q.C. 2.0 charger I was using at home and very useful for on-the-go travel, when you need to top off quickly during breaks so you can go out again. Very handy for travel.. The two USB-C ports were useful for charging my phone and a laptop, or another phone, at the same time, though I think it’d be more convenient with 1 USB-C port and 1 USB-A 3.0 port, just so I could use some of my older cables to charge other devices, like my iPad. I’m aware I can get a USB-C to lightning cable, but I haven’t had the need to until now. Design-wise, this charger looks very similar look to other chargers on the market. I bought a different one from a big box store to compare and they were close in dimensions, with the UGREEN being slightly shorter, but with 1 added port. It has prongs that are foldable, making the charger a compact and neat package for storage on the go. While the charger isn’t too heavy as to feel like it will droop and clip out of an outlet on it’s own, but a loose outlet could potentially lead to that since there are only two prongs and no grounding prong. For the price it sells at, I’d definitely recommend this charger compared to some of the units you can find at big box stores. Reliability is to be seen over time, but I imagine most of these devices are manufactured in similar facilities, so you can get a similar product without the markup of the big box name. You also get the benefit of the extra USB-C port as well.

Not too much to say about a Quick Charger. It charges really quick. I hooked it up to my power sensing socket and it reports 0.0 watts used at idle. When charging my ZTE 30 Ultra it charges to max in about an hour with my socket is reporting 66 watts of usage. My phone, on paper, says it can pull up to 65W on Qualcomm's Quickcharge system, which is also as high as a laptop. I haven't plugged 2 Quick Charging devices into the unit at the same time. The label on the bottom says 66W at full usage, overall. I'm assuming both devices will split 30w'ish each. The unit doesn't get very warm while at full pull. A cat might find it a suitable place to rest, however.

As we all know everything nowadays seems to need to be charged so I wanted something that I could plug both my iPhone and my Apple Watch into at the same time or an iPad and a phone without taking out multiple outlets. It is a pretty good size so unless it’s on the corner, it will still cover two outlet spaces which the design of the 20 W Apple chargers are near enough you could put two of those in the same place as this but I still prefer having one block to plug both corde into

I grabbed this charger, when my older QC1.0 charger got hit with a power surge, and stopped working reliably. Needless to say, the difference between the old QC1.0 and QC3.0 technology, are like night and day... my tablet, phone, and watch charge at full speed, now. With a max power output of 66w, total, I have no complaints about the charging speed. The unit stays fairly cool the entire time, and the plug folds in, making it ultra portable. There is only one slight issue I take with the charger... the USB-C ports on this unit, are extremely tight. Getting a male USB-C connector cord into the unit isn't as easy as it sounds, nor as easy as it should be. I suspect this may sort of loosen up, over time, but for now... I have to make a very conscious effort to make certain the connection is plugged in straight and tight, every time. That may be a deal breaker for some.... but for now, I'm ok with it. Would still definitely recommend this plug, but that little annoyance adds a level of difficulty that shouldn't even be a thing, with a charging adapter.

UGreen has been one of my favorite charging brands of late. I used to go with Anker whenever I needed a new charging setup, but their prices have climbed out of the value tier. And another of my previous brand favorites are no longer available on Amazon. So UGreen has settled into this role nicely, and they haven't put a big hurt in my wallet either. Some of UGreen's other chargers do well at pushing the limits of what Gallium Nitride brings to the table. Their 4-port, 100w charger is what I use on my nightstand. This one, however, doesn't push it quite as much as I would have expected from a size standpoint. In the comparison photo, the 66w UGreen is in the middle. To the left are an Anker 65w and Invzi 67w (both single port). To the right are Aukey 100w Omnia 2-port and UGreen's own 100w 4-port chargers. This unit is just barely smaller than Aukey's unit using previous generation GaN fabrication. Overall, however, it's a good charger and, if you can get it on sale, a great value. If you care about the aesthetics of your charger, this one is one of the coolest looking units I've seen. The diagonal cross-hatch texture looks great and gives you a solid grip if you need to yank it out of a new or stubborn outlet. To check and see if it can actually output its claimed 66 watts, I plugged it into a 16-inch MacBook Pro (with the 8-core i9) while it was running a 4K HEVC h.265 software-only video encode. It's a very demanding CPU task and the charger was very stable at sending 64.7 watts as seen in the photo. So at less than 2% short of the claimed output, I'd say it certainly meets my expectations. And I've tested a lot of chargers. It also charges the new M1 MacBook Pros using Apple's factory Magsafe 3 cable. I checked using a 14" MBP at ~50% battery while idle and the screen on. It happily gave it another 12% in about 10 minutes. Across 3 Samsung Galaxy devices (an S22 Ultra phone, a Tab S7+, and Tab S8 Ultra), every one of them indicated "Super Fast Charging" on-screen. Though I didn't do any time/percentage checks, I'm confident this will power up those batteries as fast as I'd want.

This is a great little charger. Much smaller than the apple one. I keep this in my backpack, with a USBC to C cable, and a USBC to lightning cable, so that I can charge my 2021 MacBook Pro and my iPhone 13 on the go. These new GaN chargers are much smaller in size and still have 65W level output. Highly recommended.

This is a good USB C Charger that works well with my Samsung Galaxy 22 Ultra with this connected to a wireless charging base. It takes under 2 hours to fully charge my phone. I like the compactness for travel, yet it supplies full charging power. All in all it is a great little wall charger and well worth a full 5 stars.

I tried using this with my OnePlus 8T which has the Warp 65W charging capability (insanely fast charging) but this charger won't even do the Warp charge at 30W. The amperage on this doesn't seem high enough for that type of fast charging and this only works as a run of the mill regular charger for my phone. At least for me this is an overpriced charger since I can get something for a tenth of the price that will do the same.

No one likes the big brick laptops come with. This is a must have. Tested on 2 laptops. Works as expected. Size is great Folding plugs No cons

I tested the UGreen unit on my LG Gram, which has its own proprietary charger but also has a USB-C input/output for charging. The proprietary charger is 2 pieces, and kind of large for travel, so I got this charger because it is compact. I discharged my laptop a bit, then plugged in this charger. While using the laptop, it did charge, so this will work for my purposes of charging while travelling. Also, this unit doe snot seem to heat up very much, which is also a good sign. I was thinking to leave this is my laptop backpack that I travel with and leaving the OEM proprietary charger at home for using while there. That way, I don't need to remember to bring a charger with me when I throw the laptop into the backpack. I deducted 1 star because of the price of the unit for the features it has; it has only 2 USB-C ports, no USB-A. I have 2 other units that are 65 watts that have a USB-A port as well and were cheaper than this unit, so I think they were a better value.

This is a really nice looking and feeling USB-C charger. The packaging feels very premium. It is compact and the prongs store away to make it even more compact for keeping in your bag. It is powerful enough to use with a laptop and phone, which is what I got this for. I have a laptop which pulls 45W and a 20W phone, and this charger is perfect for my needs of my everyday bag devices without any extra bulk. Also both USB-C ports are equal in their abilities, so you don't have to remember which port is the "higher power" port. Though not explicitly written out, both ports support PPS, which means you'll get Super Fast Charging on the latest Samsung smart phones. One thing to note is when you plug or unplug a device in to the charger, the power will turn off to both ports for a moment while the device resets to rebalance power, so that is something to keep in mind if you are using a device without a battery off of this charger. I also included a photo of the bottom label for the device which notes all the specs and compliance labels it has. The charger is oriented in that it will typically take up two plug spots, but the prongs are not polarized, so you are able to flip the charger to keep another outlet from being blocked.

UGreen has been making a name for themselves lately with "basic" accessories that are done well for a good price and this charger is no exception. The 66W can be delivered out of one of the USB-C ports OR can be split among the two in a variety of ratios. 66W is enough to power quite a few PCs in the "ultrabook" or ultra slim classes and does well powering both the Chromebook AND the MacBook Pro 13 (one at a time, not both at the same time) that I tried it with. If the device only needs a bit less power (like a 45W MacBook Air or an iPad Pro) you can use the second USB-C port to at the same time to charge something smaller, like a phone while your PC or tablet is also charging. You could even charge two iPad Pros at 30W at the same time with the power split between the two ports. All of this in a simple but stylish textured black AC adapter with a folding plug for easy transportation. The adapter uses GaN technology and so doesn't get hot and can supply power all day long. It feels very solid and well made in the hand - I've had good luck with other UGreen accessories and this also appears like it will last. So if you need a 66W charger with 2 USB-C ports, this is definitely worth a try!

This has a weight to it and a snap in the plug that tells me it’s made well and will last a while, although I’ve only had it a short time, so I won’t know until I’ve used it for much longer. It’s doing it’s job and it was packaged nicely.
