Refund and Returns Policy
We hope you love your UGREEN purchase, but if you're not 100% satisfied, we’ve made returns and exchanges easy.
Important:
- Used Products: UGREEN reserves the right to refuse returns for products that show signs of use.
- Order Changes and Cancellations: If you want to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before shipping confirmation, though some changes may cause a delay. Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel special orders or orders that have already shipped. If your order has shipped, you may return it once it arrives.
Return and Exchange Timeframe
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Items can be exchanged based on availability and for an item of equal value.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that:
- Show signs of wear, damage, or other alterations.
- Are missing parts, such as manuals, warranties, or accessories.
- Have visible scuffs or marks.
- Include free gifts.
Return Process
To begin your return, please contact our Customer Support team with the following:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Photo or video of the item if it's faulty
- Delivery address
- Contact telephone number
Returns Procedure
- Contact UGREEN’s customer service team at service@ugreen.com to receive the return address or a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
2. Include your order number and reason for return.
3. Pack the product securely to prevent damage during shipping.
4. After shipping, please email us with the tracking information.
UGREEN will process refunds within three business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that refunds may not appear on your credit card statement until the following billing cycle.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.).
- Defective items will receive a full refund. Non-defective items will be refunded excluding shipping and handling fees.
Return Shipping Costs
For items with manufacturing defects: UGREEN will cover up to $10 USD in shipping fees. Contact customer service to receive a prepaid label.
For items without manufacturing defects: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing insurance for returns over $39, as UGREEN cannot guarantee successful returns without tracking.
Important Notice
- Do not include your address on the package, as this may delay the return process.
- Returned items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. UGREEN cannot accept returns of items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact UGREEN Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
Double-check your return items before shipping. UGREEN is not responsible for the return of non-UGREEN products.
