Works well with multiple outputs

The hub came as advertised and works well. I do plan to compare it (functionally) with a similar hub which can also hold an NVME M.2 memory stick. If the hub with storage works well, I'll give the Ugreen hub to someone who can use it.

Excellent device. I have my monitor, my external CD player, my wireless keyboard and mouse, and my external hard drive all plugged in, and they all work flawlessly.

Bought this to try and slim down my desktop at work. I use a Mac Mini 2018 running macOS Ventura 13.2, the OS sees that it is plug in and available. When I plug in my external storage the extra drives are not seen by the OS and are not mountable. Due to the nature of my work, I have multiple drives that run different OS VM's and so are critical. If I shift back to my old USB 3 powered hub everything works like a champ. If there is an update or driver that I need I will look for but right now this is useless to me.

I would have given this 5 stars but the cord from the computer to the device is too short in my opinion. it makes the position of my Mac Air awkward because there's not enough room to connect everything while laptop charger is working. But all in all, it does what I need it to do, provide USB ports and adding other accessories.

Such a great design: small so easily portable, yet multiple ports of various types to accommodate several devices at one time. I noticed the hub and the devices heated up one time I used the hub, but that seems to be dependent on how many devices I plugged in and what I was trying to do. I don't think this will be a common issue. I'm looking forward to getting a lot of use from this hub.

Seems like a nice hub. It is usb c. Just started using. The only thing is when plugged in, I receive a message that it is not recognized. Seems to work. But keep getting the error message. ???

Simple and easy! great for additional USB ports when you have a Mac that only has USBC. The cord is a bit stiff so you can't tuck it away, but thats a personal preference.

This USBC adapter is so easy to use, and I throw in my laptop bag. Connected by HDMI, sim card, and USB at once and it worked great. No complaints, it was exactly what I was looking for without being bulky.

It has the exact amount of slots I need for 3 USB 3.0 Ports, 4K HDMI Adapter Multiport Dongle, SD/TF Card Reader.

Just what I ordered. So far it has been great on my Surface Pro 8.

Love that I can plus all to my tablet, but it drains the battery too fast. Even so, solved all my issues for printing and flash drives

I run a local community website and depend on photographs to illustrate my stories and posts, especially sports stories. So when my MacBook Pro finally bit the dust I bought a MacBook Air and the portals were completely different. There was no place to put an SD card and airdropping 300 photos was a ridiculous concept. So I bought this little gadget. It arrived in one day and I was able to download all the photos in a matter of seconds — it's super fast. I also hooked up a data stick and was able to get all of the photos off of the computer so I wouldn't fill the memory on my new computer. I highly recommend this item to anyone switching to a new computer or in need of extra portals.

The is an essential accessory for newer iMac, Mac Mini, Macbook computers with Apple silicon with limited USB-C ports and no SD card reader. This USB hub looks great and is compact. The hub gets a little warm if it is contanstly plugged into the computer.

Hard to miss the mark but still UGREEN delivered as promised. Works like a charm with my HP laptop connecting Jabra microphone and HP screen.

Ugreen is a company making many small electronics for computers. This USB-c hub is a very well designed, compact, and solid hub. It has a very nice aluminum enclosure, no need to install any software. I buy it for my Wacom Cintiq 13HD to connect to MacBook Pro computer. So far it has been working very well.

Es muy práctico para conectar todo lo necesario en este dispositivo, la unica observación es que no es compatible para todos los equipos, en mi maquina personal funciona al 100% y en la maquina de trabajo no le puedo conectar el puesto HDMI porque se traba, de ahí todo bien.

It didn't even work with my m1 macbook pro. Horrible dock. The HDMI didn't work at all and if it did even the slightest budge to the dock would mess the whole monitor setup. Horrible dock. I would've put 0/5 stars if I could.

Love this! I use it for so many different things on my MacBook! I use the hdmi to hook up to my projector, very easily reads the SD cards from my camera and has so many different uses! Not expensive, Very durable and easy to use, definitely recommend!

The usb slots seem to randomly unrecognize items. I’ll have to unplug all the usbs and move them to neighboring usbs for them to be recognized again. Unit also gets quite hot, which concerns me. I have now switched this unit to a less frequently used computer, just so I don’t have to constantly deal with it. When it works, it’s great.

Funciona muy bien y cumple sus funciones! Llevo usándolo 4 meses y no he tenido ningún problema. Tanto los puertos usb como los hdmi conectan sin problema. Hay dos detalles: llega a calentarse, aunque nada preocupante. Y al apagar la compu hace un sonido de pitido, muy sutil, pero se alcanza a escuchar. La solución a esto es desconectarlo tan pronto como se deje de ocupar la computadora.

I bought one of these for my Surface Go. I bought it for the SD card reader, really, but ended up using it for more USB ports and to play videos on the television. We are The Chosen watchers and the app isn’t available for our television. It’s on our iPhones and iPad. Using this, the 4K picture is easy and the quality great. The reason I am writing this is because I bought a MacBook Pro M2. This, of course, works on that, but I wanted to know if this company made one of those dual usb-c expanders. I don’t see one, so I am looking at a different vendor or wondering if I can live with the cord on this one. It speaks loudly, though, that I am here first. I am a retired EE and really picky about computers and recommend this company makes good “stuff”. I recommend this product without reservations. This is a bargain and really does deserve 5 stars.

It heats up when plugged into the laptop USB C port. Why is so much heat generate by just being plugged in with nothing plugged in the ports?

I haven't tried the HDMI feature or connecting multiple USBs at once, I do know that it works great for USB transfers with my phone and even worked with my relatively ancient external hard drive. relatively quick with USB transfers of the 3gb size.

Ya llevo mas de un año con el, y me ha servido bien, puedo usar varios puertos a la vez y de buen material. Sin embargo, se calienta muchísimo para el caso que sea, y sus velocidades de transmisión decaen muchísimo. Si lo planeas usar para transmisión de video o simplemente trasladar archivos de poco espacio, funciona, pero para periferia de alta velocidad con archivos de gran tamaño de manera regular, no.

I bought this for a USB gaming controller and the dongle gets so scary hot (never even used the controller - it got super hot just being plugged in), I had to remove it from my laptop. I have a much smaller Dell dongle and this does not happen. I don't know if I got a lemon or if it is just not compatible with the controller, but I cannot use it for its intended purpose.

Bought to hook up my Google Pixel 7 pro to a TV via HDMI with displaylink, however it does not work with displaylink and thus does not work for my purposes Might keep it around and might use it with a PC someday since it's too much of a headache to return it since I threw out the box but its currently useless to me

The only issue I found so far - HDMI Port does not work with MacBook Pro M2 2022. If I knew it before I bought it I would not buy this device. The rest works very nicely. Probably MacBook Pro M2 2022 is too new for this device. I had to order USB-C multiplier from Apple. It promises to support Monitor.

I am using it to transfer files via USB from/to my iPad and to watch movies from my iPad on my big TV via HDMI in my RV. Big advantage in an RV you don't need AC 120V only DC 12 Volt. And I am using only cellular data which are unlimited. Other solution would be via Starlink also unlimited data but then I have to use AC 120V.

Stopped working after couple of months

Do not buy the UGREEN USB C Hub, 6-in-1 USB C to USB Adapter, 4K HDMI Adapter Multiport Dongle. I purchase one on Nov 2021 for my wife new Mac Mini. But it did not last even a year. She used it mostly to read SD cards and to transfer picture raw files to her computer. It has been a headache. It suddenly disconnects while she is working. Then does not connect or the computer can find it. Sometimes it connects but does not read the SD card. I started using in in my computer but is showed the same symptoms. Do not buy is bad quality and it does not work!!!

This is a solid adapter at a good price. It can accommodate lots of data streaming and is light and therefore easy to carry. The one downside: the USB port is little tricky to use; the fit is quite tight, so you need to position the connector "just so" in order to seat it properly in the port. It takes me several tries every time.

Not so sure I'll be keeping this device. I noticed it gets too hot to the touch. This could spell danger.

the sole purpose of buying this is for the HDMI and UBS together in one adapter but apparently the HDMI not working upon receiving. just the UBS working .

It's 3 USB-A ports and an HDMI port, so there's not much that can go wrong. I found, however, that filling all the ports caused the HDMI signal to become glitchy and intermittent, so I can only use two of the USB-A ports reliably. I'm unsure if this is an issue with the product or the laptop I plugged it into, but either way on sale for $30 NZD it was a good deal.

Sabes que la marca UGREEN es calidad, pero les recomiendo que verifiquen su dispositivo sea compatible y no les pase lo que a mí. Adquirí el HUB con intención de usar la entrada HDMI extra, para mi sorpresa, no daba vídeo. La conecté a otra computadora y todo perfecto, resulta que el modelo de mi computadora (Huawei matebook D14) tiene un puerto USB-C que no es compatible con modo DP Alt. Verifiquen que su entrada USB-C sea compatible si es que quieren utilizarlo para salida de video extra. (Este modo solo es para las salidas de video, las entradas USB y microSD funcionan perfecto en cualquier puerto)
