By participating in this giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Prizes & Fulfillment
1）Prizes: Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with Terms & Conditions
One (1) winner of the giveaway will receive one (1) signed Patriots football. (ARV: $500)
Ten (10) winners will receive one (1) New England Patriots jersey. (ARV: $150)

2）Winner Notification & Verification: Winners will be notified via official email within three（3）days after selection. UGREEN is not responsible for failed notifications due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or other technical issues. Winners must respond and provide required information (including shipping details and, if applicable, jersey size and color) within 7 days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited.  All submitted information is final and cannot be changed.
3）Prize Restrictions: 
UGREEN will cover all applicable taxes and standard shipping costs associated with prize fulfillment. Any additional expenses not expressly stated as covered by UGREEN shall be the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. UGREEN will not replace any lost or stolen prizes and is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of prize delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control. 

Participation & Eligibility
1）Entry Period: The giveaway begins at 18:00:00 (UTC+8) on April 22, 2026 and ends at 23:59:59 (UTC+8) on May 7, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). 
2）Eligibility: The giveaway is open only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their place of residence at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
3）How To Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must:
1. Sign up at https://www.ugreen.com/pages/ugreen-new-england-patriots. This is a mandatory step to be eligible.
2. Follow at least one official UGREEN social media account:

3. Participants may earn additional bonus entries by sharing the giveaway post through X (retweet) or Instagram (feed repost or Story)
Each completed action as described above may increase the number of entries, thereby improving the participant’s chances of being selected as a winner.

4）Entry Limitation: Automated and/or third-party entries are strictly prohibited and will be disqualified. UGREEN shall not be liable for any issues that occur during the entry process, including, without limitation, entries that are late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or otherwise invalid. UGREEN shall have no obligation to notify participants of any such entries.y. 
5）Disclaimer: By participating in the giveaway, you acknowledge and agree that New England Patriots LLC (“Patriots”) and the applicable social media platforms are not sponsors of the giveaway nor do they endorse or administer the giveaway. All questions or concerns regarding this giveaway must be directed to UGREEN, and not to the Patriots or the Social Media Platform. By participating, you also release the Patriots and the Social Media Platform from any and all liability arising out of the participation in the giveaway, acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
