1. Event Overview
● Event Period: 23 May 2026, 00:00 to 30 June 2026, 23:59 (UTC+8).
● Event Platform: The event page will be published on the official UGREEN Malaysia websites.
2. Eligibility & Participation
● Eligible Participants: This event is only open to Malaysia local residents. A valid Malaysia mobile phone number and mailing address are required.
● How to Participate: Visit the official UGREEN Malaysia website, click the "Subscribe" button on the top banner of Air Series Launch Page, and successfully subscribe to the official email newsletter.
Restrictions:
● Employees of UGREEN and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Prize Information
● Prize: UGREEN Nexode Air 65W Charger
● Quantity: 5 units in total
● Prize Form: All prizes are physical items, non-exchangeable for cash, non-refundable, and non-returnable.
4. Winner Selection & Notification
● Selection Method: Among all users who successfully subscribe during the Event Period, winners will be ranked by subscription time. The 1st, 31st, 51st, 71st, and 91st users in the sequence will win a prize. If the total number of subscribers during the Event Period is less than 91, the corresponding prize(s) will be cancelled automatically.
● Result Announcement: Winners will be notified via email on or before 15 July 2026. Please ensure the email address used for subscription is valid.
● Prize Claim: Winners must provide accurate delivery information (name, phone number, detailed address) by following the instructions in the official notification email within 7 days of its sending. Failure to respond within this period will be deemed as forfeiture of the prize. No re-issue or re-allocation of forfeited prizes will be made.
5. Personal Data & Privacy Protection
UGREEN will strictly comply with local data privacy laws and regulations in Malaysia. For the purpose of prize notification and delivery, we will only collect necessary personal information (such as name, contact details, and delivery address). All information will be securely deleted within 30 days after the event concludes and all prizes have been delivered.
6. Disclaimer & Right of Interpretation
● In the event of force majeure (e.g., cyber attacks, system failures, natural disasters, or government actions) that prevents the continuation of the event, UGREEN reserves the right to suspend or terminate the event.
● Any participation through unfair means, such as malicious registration or exploitation of system vulnerabilities, is strictly prohibited. UGREEN reserves the right to disqualify any participant found engaging in such activities.
● To the extent permitted by law, UGREEN reserves the final right to interpret these Terms & Conditions. Any matters not covered herein or changes in circumstances will be subject to the latest announcement published on the official platform.
