By participating in this giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Prizes & Fulfillment

1）Prizes: Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with Terms & Conditions

One (1) winner of the giveaway will receive one (1) pair of tickets (2 adjacent seats).

Three (3) winners will receive one (1) single ticket.

2）Winner Notification & Verification: Winners will be notified via official email within three（3）days after selection. UGREEN is not responsible for failed notifications due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or other technical issues. Winners must respond and provide required information (including shipping details and, if applicable, jersey size and color) within 7 days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited. All submitted information is final and cannot be changed.

3）Prize Restrictions:

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. UGREEN will not replace any lost or stolen prizes and is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of prize delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control.


Participation & Eligibility

1）Entry Period: The giveaway begins at 18:00:00 (UTC+8) on June 20, 2026 and ends at 23:59:59 (UTC+8) on June 29, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).

2）Eligibility: The giveaway is open only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in their place of residence at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

3）How To Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must:

  1. Sign up at https://www.ugreen.com/pages/ugreen-new-england-patriots. This is a mandatory step to be eligible.
  2. Like the social post.

4）Entry Limitation: Automated and/or third-party entries are strictly prohibited and will be disqualified. UGREEN shall not be liable for any issues that occur during the entry process, including, without limitation, entries that are late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or otherwise invalid. UGREEN shall have no obligation to notify participants of any such entries.

5）Disclaimer: By participating in the giveaway, you acknowledge and agree that New England Patriots LLC (“Patriots”) and the applicable social media platforms are not sponsors of the giveaway nor do they endorse or administer the giveaway. All questions or concerns regarding this giveaway must be directed to UGREEN, and not to the Patriots or the Social Media Platform. By participating, you also release the Patriots and the Social Media Platform from any and all liability arising out of the participation in the giveaway, acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
