2. Eligibility and Participation Method

● Applicable to: Singapore residents only. A valid Singapore mobile phone number and mailing address are required. Note: UGREEN employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Prize Information

● Prize Content: 1 Latest UGREEN MagFlow Pro Magnetic Power Bank

● Number of Prizes: 3 (1 Latest UGREEN MagFlow Pro Magnetic Power Bank for each winner)

● Prize Format: All prizes are physical items, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

● Selection Method: Among users who complete all the above subscription/follow tasks during the event period, the top 3 will each receive a prize, based on the system timestamp of the latest completion of all three tasks.

● Results Announcement: Winners will be notified via email on or before October 15, 2026. Please ensure the email address used for subscription is valid.

● Prize Claim: Winners must provide accurate shipping information (name, phone number, detailed address) within 7 business days of receiving the notification, following the instructions in the official email. Failure to reply within the specified time will be considered an automatic forfeiture of the prize, and the prize will not be reissued or awarded to the next eligible winner.

5. Personal Information and Privacy Protection

UGREEN will strictly comply with Singapore's local data privacy regulations. For the purpose of prize distribution, we will only collect personal information necessary for prize notification and delivery (such as name, contact information, shipping address). All information will be securely deleted within 30 days after the event ends and all prizes are distributed.

6. Disclaimer and Right to Interpret the Rules

● UGREEN reserves the right to suspend or terminate the event if the event cannot continue due to force majeure (such as cyberattacks, system failures, natural disasters, or government policy actions).

● Any user who participates in the activity through malicious registration, exploiting program vulnerabilities, or other improper means is strictly prohibited. UGREEN reserves the right to disqualify any user found to have done so.

● UGREEN reserves the right to the final interpretation of these activity rules to the extent permitted by law. Any matters not covered herein or changes in circumstances will be subject to the latest announcements released on the official platform.
