The UGREEN Stay Connected Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer

The UGREEN Stay Connected Giveaway (“Event”) is organized by UGREEN (the “Sponsor”).

2. Event Period

The giveaway runs from 00:00 (UTC+4), January 5th, 2026, to 23:59 (UTC+4),  March 23rd, 2026 (the “Event Period”).

3. Eligibility

The event is open to legal residents of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait, aged 18 years or above at the time of participation. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Participate

To participate in the event, eligible participants must:
  • Share a photo featuring their UGREEN Fast-Charging Power Kit;
  • Tag @ugreen_mea on Facebook, Instagram, and X;
Photos including family members or friends are encouraged, as they reflect the spirit of staying connected.

5. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected randomly through an electronic random draw system conducted by the Sponsor. 
Two draws will be held on March 2 and March 23.

6. Winner Announcement

Winners will be announced on UGREEN’s official Facebook, Instagram, X, and Snapchat accounts and in the comments under the event-related posts.

7. Prize Settings

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except for at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prize by the Winner is not permitted. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. The prize pool is shared across three social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, X.

8. Winner Notification and Claiming

Winners will be contacted via direct message (DM) on the relevant social media platform. Winners must respond within 7 days from the date of notification to claim their prize. If a winner fails to respond within this period, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

9. Disqualification

The Sponsor shall not be responsible for any failure to receive notifications due to privacy or security settings, incorrect or incomplete contact details, or other technical issues. If a participant is found to be ineligible, in violation of these Terms & Conditions, or fails to comply with any requirements, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the participant and select an alternative winner.

10. Liability Disclaimer

The Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the event or from acceptance or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

12. Miscellaneous

  • This Giveaway is not of a gambling nature.
  • The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks that are used to share the Giveaway. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of the Giveaway and not to Facebook, X, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks.
  • By entering the Giveaway you agree to release and hold harmless UGREEN and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and event agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Giveaway ; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.
  • The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such cases, the Sponsor will announce the relevant information via ugreen_de, ugreenfr, ugreen.uk, ugreen_esp. and no additional compensation will be provided to participants.
  • By participating in this Giveaway, you have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules, Terms and Conditions.
  • The Sponsor reserves the right of final interpretation of this Terms and Conditions.
